Helsing Junction Farm
Helsing Junction Farm
Located in Rochester, Washington, Helsing Junction Farm was started in 1992 by Annie Salafsky and Susan Ujcic. Both are graduates of The Evergreen State College and have deep roots in agriculture in the Olympia area. Their goal is to provide the most nutritionally complete vegetables and fruit possible by diligently caring for their soil. Through testing their soil, planting cover crops, applying trace minerals and practicing minimal tillage they are able to grow abundant, healthy and flavorful produce.

Providing fresh, local, organic vegetables to their community at fair prices has always been their mission. In addition to running a flourishing CSA for over 1000 members, Helsing Junction Farm also partners with The Gleaners Coalition, a non-profit that harvests their seconds and then donates and delivers to food banks and shelters throughout the county.

All in all, they're an amazing local farm growing delicious, nutrient-rich organic produce and giving back to their community. Look for their produce the next time you're in the store! To learn more about Helsing Junction Farm visit their website:
